Policies

  • Processing time

    Fizzy Fuzzy will ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt.  Fizzy Fuzzy does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

  • Shipping and delivery costs

    All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless you contact me and we arrange an alternative delivery method.


    Orders up to  £5 cost £1.50

    Orders £5 - £49.99 cost £3.50

    Orders over £50 FREE SHIPPING

  • Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Returns and exchanges

    I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

    Just contact me within 7 days of delivery.

    Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery.


    I will only refund the order if the item is returned in its original condition.


    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
